Return Policy:

RadiantGear.com will accept returns on all CLOSED and UNMARKED Prescription Swim Goggles boxes. Items need to be in the exact same condition as they were received. Unacceptable returns will be subject to a fee shipping it back to the customer.

How to Return: Please Follow Steps 1-3.

Call or E-mail us to acquire a Return Authorization and Return Shipping Address.
Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it.
Ship them back to us. EyeSee-U.com is not responsible for items damaged along the way.

Please allow 24-48 hours from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will be the cost of the item minus any coupons used and will not include shipping charges. All refunds are subject to $3.00 handling fee per Prescription Goggles Case.

Discrepancies/Defects:

Please notify us within 24hrs of delivery date for any package discrepancies or defects.

We will not take responsibility if notified after the 24hrs time frame.
